CEMSTOP enables the medullary cavity to be blocked before acrylic cement is introduced. It restricts the cement’s advance into the diaphysis, facilitates its pressurisation and provides excellent protection to the medullary tissue.

Are completely resorbed after a few days insertion.
Facilitate replacement operations, thereby minimising loss of bone mass during the cement shrinking phase.
Have specific elastic properties because of their composition, namely perfectly bio-compatible gelatine of porcine origin.
Are easy to insert, owing to their well-researched design: a long internal channel up to the base of the first fin.
Are very simple to use thanks to an ancillary aid consisting of a graduated rod and olives for calibrating the shaft of the femur.
